Luxembourg/Sofia, June 8 (BTA) - On the sidelines of an ongoing meeting of the Justice and Home Affairs Council in Luxembourg Thursday, Bulgarian Interior Minister Valentin Radev met with Estonian counterpart Andres Anvelt. The two exchanged views on the preparation of the Presidencies of the Troika including Estonia, Bulgaria and Austria.

Estonia holds the Presidency of the EU Council in the second half of 2017, followed by Bulgaria in the first half of 2018 and Austria in the second half.

They reconfirmed the readiness of their countries for close and constructive cooperation and for achieving the goals in the programme of the three presidencies, said Radev's Ministry. LY/LN/
