Chicago the musical is coming from Broadway to Sofia on May 21 and 22, the Fest Team announced.

According to them, the longest-running American musical in history is visiting Bulgaria as part of its European tour. The original production, which continues to triumph on Broadway and the West End, will be presented in Hall 1 of the NDK congress centre.

"Bulgarian audiences will have the exclusive opportunity to immerse themselves in a world of crime, passion and glory, presented with Bob Fosse's classic choreography and performed by elite artists selected from the Broadway and West End stages. The all-star cast includes Nadia Boule, Michelle Antrobus, Matt Blaker, Rachel Stanley and Todd Talbot, the Fest Team said.

The musical has won six Tony Awards, two Laurence Olivier Awards, and one Grammy.
