The elected Members of Parliament from the Velichie party were sworn in on Wednesday. They are: Lyubisha Blazhevski, Yuliana Mateeva, Pavlin Petrov, Kostadin Hadzhiyski, Mariya Ilieva, Larisa Savova, Stiliyana Bobcheva, Ivelin Mihaylov, Krasimira Katincharova, and Ivaylo Lazarov.

On March 15, the Constitutional Court issued a ruling on the legality of the parliamentary elections on October 27. It declared the election of 16 MPs in the 51st National Assembly illegal and the Velichie party with over 100 votes passed the 4% barrier for entry into Parliament. Following the Court's decision, the Central Election Commission announced a redistribution of seats in Parliament.

On Wednesday morning, supporters of Velichie gathered in front of Parliament to send off the party's elected members to the National Assembly. They waved Bulgarian flags and chanted ‘Victory’.

Earlier on Wednesday, Stanislav Anastasov and Seyfi Sabri Mehmedali of MRF-New Beginning also took oath. Anastasov enters Parliament as an MP from Haskovo, while Mehmedali comes from Yambol.

Meanwhile, the National Assembly terminated the credentials of MECh MP Samuil Slavov, who took the oath last week, due to his resignation.
