Cabinet Approves Action Plan for Implementation of Administrative Services on the Principle of “Life Episodes”

The Council of Ministers adopted a decision approving an Action Plan for the implementation of administrative services based on the principles of “life episodes” and “business events”. The plan contains measures for the implementation of administrative services for the following episodes: Birth of a child; Relocation within the country; Acquisition and replacement of a driving licence; Purchase and sale of a motor vehicle; Purchase and sale of real estate; Hiring an employee; Loss of a job; Starting a business; Closing a business; Getting married; Death.

A total of 93 measures are to be implemented. The aim is to improve business processes and service delivery from the perspective of users, and to facilitate their interaction with the public sector at turning points in a person’s life.
