By its decision, the Government decided to create the necessary organization for the introduction of fully electronic internal document flow in the administrations of the executive authorities.

The proposal aims for the movement of documents within the administrations of the executive authorities to be entirely and exclusively electronic - the entire flow of documents in the administration, as well as all operational information (reports, opinions, inquiries, orders, etc.) to be prepared, coordinated and signed only in electronic form.
