Bulgaria observed a day of national mourning on Friday for the victims of a flood in Tsarevo (on the Black Sea coast) on September 5.

Two men and two women drowned in the disaster caused by torrential rain in the coastal town.

The mourning was declared by a Council of Ministers decision on Thursday.
