Speaking at a panel on "New Energy Avenues" at the Delphi Economic Forum, Bulgaria's Deputy Prime Minister for EU Funds Management Atanas Pekanov said: "The war in Ukraine, which started more than a year ago, has worsened our prospects, but it has made us think differently about problems, seek different solutions and new approaches to move forward."
