Sofia, August 29 (BTA) - The producer price index on the
domestic market in July 2014 decreased by 0.1 per cent compared
to the previous month, the National Statistical Institute said
Friday.

Domestic prices in the mining and quarrying industry rose by 3.3
 per cent and in manufacturing - by 0.3 per cent, while in
electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply the prices
fell by 1.3 per cent.
   
The producer price index on the domestic market in July 2014
decreased by 0.6 per cent compared to the same month of 2013.
Domestic prices fell by 2.6 per cent in the mining and quarrying
 industry and in electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning
supply - by 2.4 per cent, while in manufacturing the prices rose
 by 0.5 per cent.
   
The total producer price index in industry in July 2014
increased by 0.2 per cent compared to the previous month. Higher
 prices were registered in the mining and quarrying industry (by
 2.6 per cent) and in manufacturing (by 0.6 per cent), while the
 prices in electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply
the prices fell by 1.2 per cent.
   
The total producer price index in July 2014 decreased by 0.4 per
 cent compared to the same month of 2013.   

In manufacturing, the prices rose by 0.5 per cent compared to
July 2013.
