Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov participated in a videoconference meeting of EU heads of state and government, the cabinet press office said on Wednesday.
The meeting was initiated by European Council President Antonio Costa. The purpose of Wednesday's discussions is to prepare for the upcoming special European Council meeting on March 6 in Brussels on assistance to Ukraine and European defence, the statement said.
