Young journalism students from the Vasil Levski Centre were guests at the Bulgarian News Agency (BTA) Press Club in Taraclia during a presentation of the latest issue of the agency's LIK magazine dedicated to the anniversary of Bulgarian National Radio (BNR).

The young people commented that the presentation made them aware of the continuing importance of radio as a vehicle of information in the era of social media. BNR, in particular, is important for the freedom of speech and has played a key role in defending the independence of Bulgarian media, they said.
