site.btaFlights from Sofia to Alghero and Krakow to Begin in Summer

Starting this summer, Wizz Air will operate flights  from Sofia to Alghero (Italy) and Krakow (Poland), the air carrier said on Wednesday.

The regular flights will begin in June, with flights to Alghero operating on Thursdays and Sundays, and flights to Krakow on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Tickets are already on sale.

Krakow, located in the southern part of Poland, is one of the oldest and culturally significant cities in Europe. Alghero, situated on the northwestern coast of Sardinia, is a seaside town with a rich Catalan heritage, earning it the nickname "Little Barcelona," according to the carrier.

Additionally, starting March 31, there will be a new flight connection between Varna and Abu Dhabi three times a week, announced Fraport Twin Star Airport Management. This is the first-ever direct line from Varna Airport. Wizz Air will operate the flights to and from Abu Dhabi.
