The European Commission Monday adopted the first major infrastructure programme for Bulgaria for the period 2021-2027 – the Transport Connectivity Programme, the EC said in a press release. The EU has allocated €1.61 billion for the programme which is one of the largest amount for Bulgarian cohesion programmes in the programming period 2021-2027.
