"We still have a lot to lose, and three decades later [after the fall of the communist regime in 1989] the country still has some key structures that we need to preserve, and revive the rest," said Vanya Grigorova, leader of the Solidarna Bulgaria coalition, at a press conference at the BTA National Press Club in Vratsa. "We can no longer watch the destruction continue," Grigorova said, adding that their goal is to motivate people who are not planning to vote. "Whether you are interested in politics or not - politics is interested in you," she explained.
She said the coalition has outlined nine key priorities so that people can start returning to the depopulated areas. One of the campaigns launched is to curb the activities of fast loan companies. Another they are working on is a change to the Public Servant Act.
