18 Kg of Heroin Detained at Gyueshevo Customs

Sofia, October 3 (BTA) - Customs officers at the Gyueshevo Customs Point intercepted 18 kg of heroin during a check of a car, the press centre of the Customs Agency said.

The Kosovo-registered vehicle travelled from Turkey to Kosovo and was going transit via Bulgaria. The total amount of the heroin was 18.185 kg distributed in 35 packs.

The car driver, a 62-year old national of Kosovo, has been detained. The case is investigated.
