Traffic is heavy for trucks at some of Bulgaria's border crossings with Romania, Serbia and Turkiye, the General Directorate of Border Police said on its website. The information about the traffic is as of 6:00 am on Saturday.

At the border with Romania, traffic is heavy at the Kardam and Nikopol border crossing points for trucks at the exit. 

Traffic on the border with Serbia is heavy at the Kalotina checkpoint at the exit for trucks. Construction works at the checkpoint require temporary narrowing of the lanes and reorganization of the traffic of passing vehicles. During the holidays, travellers with passenger cars should bear in mind that the temporary traffic organization before and in the area of the border crossing may extend the crossing times.

On the border with Turkiye traffic is heavy at the Kapitan Andreevo checkpoint at the exit for trucks.

Traffic is normal at all border crossing points on the border with Greece. Only cars and vans can pass through Makaza, Zlatograd and Ivaylovgrad.

At the border with North Macedonia, traffic is normal at all border crossing points.
