The British-Bulgarian Business Association will adopt the name British-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce (BBCC) from the beginning of this 2025, the organization said.

This coincides with the 10th anniversary of the organization's establishment, which will be marked with a variety of events, meetings and trade missions throughout the year. Work continues on proposals for changes in labour legislation to support business efficiency, as well as joint initiatives with other chambers of commerce in Bulgaria. A number of trade missions are also underway in various sectors, aimed at creating new opportunities for Bulgarian companies to enter the British market, the BBCC said.

BBCC Chair Miroslava Kostadinova said that the name British-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce reflects the organization's maturity, wide-ranging activity and influence among businesses both in Bulgaria and the UK. The BBCC is determined to continue building bridges between British and Bulgarian companies, she added, noting that successful days lie ahead.
