Clouds will scatter, leaving mostly sunny weather in North Bulgaria. Isolated snow showers are expected in Southeast Bulgaria and the Rhodope Mountains, with rain in the far southeastern areas. A light to moderate east-northeasterly wind will blow, shifting to north-northeasterly in the Northeast. Temperatures will range from -5°C to 0°C, with Sofia reaching -5°C. Daytime highs will be between -2°C and 3°C, with Sofia at -2°C.

Black Sea coast: Light rain showers are expected in the far southern areas. From the north, clouds will break up and decrease, leaving mostly sunny weather along the northern coast. A moderate north-northeasterly wind is forecast. Daytime highs will range from 2°C to 5°C. Seawater temperatures will be 8°C to 9°C, with sea waves reaching 2-3 degrees on the Douglas scale.

Mountains: Conditions will be cloudy and foggy. Snowfall will occur in many places. A moderate to strong east wind will blow, shifting to south-southwest on the ridges. Highs will be -5°C at 1,200 meters and -8°C at 2,000 meters.
