Prosecuting Magistracy Starts Preliminary Checks Prompted by Findings of Defence Ministry Audit Report

Sofia, February 17 (BTA) - The prosecuting magistracy starts preliminary checks prompted by findings of a report of an audit of the Defence Acquisition Directorate in the Defence Ministry, sources from the magistracy said on Friday. The report is for 2016 and for January 2017 and lists 28 public procurement orders, some of them already completed, with violations by the contracting authority.
