Miroslav Borshosh was born in 1972. He graduated in cultural studies from the Sofia University.

He served as parliamentary secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 2000 to 2001, chaired the Youth Union of Democratic Forces from September 2001 to July 2003. "Miroslav Borshosh was Executive Director of the National Palace of Culture convention centre from December 2, 2014 until June 29, 2017.

Borshosh is a recipient of the Sofia Municipality award for outstanding achievements in the field of culture.

He was appointed Deputy Sofia Mayor for culture, education, sports and youth Activities in May 2021.

He has served as a municipal councilor, elected on the GERB-UDF ticket, on the Sofia Municipal Council, since 2023.
