Cloudy during the night and early on Thursday morning. In the southeastern parts of the country, precipitation will cease, light snow may still occur in some areas of Southwest Bulgaria. Reduced visibility in valleys and near water bodies. By the afternoon, cloudiness will begin to break up and decrease, with mostly sunny weather expected in Eastern Bulgaria. Lows will range between -7°C and -2°C, with slightly lower values in Northwest Bulgaria. In Sofia, temperatures will drop to -5°C. Highs will range from 0°C to 5°C, 0°C in Sofia.

Black Sea coast: Reduced visibility in some locations in the morning. Cloudy before noon. Clouds to scatter around midday, mostly sunny in the afternoon. Winds to light, shifting to a gentle northerly breeze in the afternoon. Highs will range between 4°C and 6°C. Sea temperature will be 8°C to 10°C. Sea waves: 1-2 degrees Douglas.

Mountains: Cloudy before noon, with light snow expected in parts of Western Bulgaria and the Rila-Rhodope Massif. By the afternoon, clouds will scatter, giving way to mostly sunny skies. Light wind with moderate gusts from the west-southwest at higher altitudes. Highs: -2°C at 1,200 metres, -6°C at 2,000 meters.
