New Executive Director
Sofia, August 3 (BTA) - Ivan Yonchev has been appointed as the Executive Director of the National Electricity Company (NEK). The decision to change NEK's leadership was made during a meeting of the Bulgarian Energy Holding's (BEH) Board of Directors, BEH reported on its website.
BEH explains that Yonchev is replacing Peter Iliev as a member of NEK's Board of Directors and its Executive Director. The changes become effective on the day they are entered into the Commercial Register and the Registry Agency, BEH's press release says.
Ivan Yonchev has served as executive director, deputy executive director and head of the BEH's legal department. He has served as member of the Kozloduy N-plant's Board of Directors since 2014. LI/MY
