The Ukrainian city of Mykolaiv was struck by seven drones on Tuesday evening, the Head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Vitaliy Kim, has said on Telegram. 

The attack resulted in fires and damage to apartment buildings. All law enforcement agencies are working on the scene, Kim wrote, adding that no injuries have been reported.

Air raid alerts were active from 9:12 p.m. to 11:16 p.m.

The Bulgarian community in the Mykolaiv region consists of 5,600 people, mainly in the Ternovka neighbourhood on the outskirts of Mykolaiv, according to Ukraine's last census in 2001. The settlement of Ternovka was founded by Bulgarian settlers in 1802.
