The negotiating teams of GERB-UDF, Democratic Bulgaria, BSP - United Left, and There Is Such a People met in Parliament on Saturday, GERB said on its Facebook page. "We have been working on formulating the points of the governance agreement and on the decision-making mechanisms," GERB said.

On January 2, the four negotiation teams discussed proposals for a draft governance agreement, governance priorities and decision-making mechanisms of a future ruling majority. 

On December 30, 2024, the negotiation teams of GERB-UDF and Democratic Bulgaria presented drafts of a coalition agreement.
