site.btaPresident Radev to Present Top State Awards

Head of State Rumen Radev will present top state awards at a ceremony in the Coat of Arms Hall of the presidential institution, his press secretariat said Friday. 

For his services to the development of science and practice in the field of military medicine and health care, Major General Prof. Dr. Ventsislav Mutafchiyski will be awarded the Military Service Order. President Radev will also award the Military Service Order to Lieutenant General Lyubcho Todorov for his services to the development and strengthening of the Bulgarian Army, for his long and impeccable service and contribution to national security and public order in the Republic of Bulgaria. 

Flotilla Admiral Prof. Boyan Mednikarov will be awarded the Order of St. Cyril and St. Methodius (pendant) for particularly significant services to the development of science and practice in the field of naval and maritime education.
