GERB-UDF’s top-of-the-list candidate in Pazardzhik, Krasen Kralev, and MP candidate Dafinka Semerdzhieva have met with representatives of local businesses and sports clubs in Velingrad, the coalition's press center said.

Kralev said that local governments are closest to the people, and MPs should support them, moving the regions forward. "This can be achieved after forming a stable government," Kralev said.

He said that GERB-UDF are conservative, adding that they oppose budget deficits and are business-oriented. "We believe that the standard of living can only be sustainably improved through investment and economic freedom," he noted. "We are against tax increases. Businesses need stability, predictability, and a clear agenda to enable proper planning," Kralev said.

Kralev also highlighted Velingrad's strong tourism sector, emphasizing the importance of making investors feel comfortable.
