The There Is Such a People (TISP) party opened its election campaign here on Saturday with a blessing for health and good luck at the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church. Attending were MP candidates, party coordinators from the region, members and supporters of TISP. The service was led by Father Anatoly Todorov, the party's election headquarters reported. 

The participants wished each other a fair, constructive and very successful campaign through which the residents of Targovishte and the region would get acquainted with TISP as the party that can and knows how to answer their strive for a better life and works for the region's successful future.

TISP presented its candidate list, led by Colonel Alexander Alexandrov, MP of TISP in the 45th, 46th, 47th, and 50th National Assembly. He said that during the campaign and his meetings with residents of the five municipalities in the region, he will talk about what the parliamentary group has done already and will present TISP's goals and priorities in the current campaign.

Next on the candidate list are Vassil Ivanov, coordinator of TISP in Targovishte, and Aneta Russeva, municipal coordinator for Popovo and Opaka.
