site.btaState Increases Shareholding in TEREM - HOLDING

The Council of Ministers approved changes to the 2025 budget of the Defence Ministry in connection with an increase in the capital of a commercial company and a Decision to increase the State's shareholding in the capital of TEREM - HOLDING EAD, a State-owned company that repairs and maintains military equipment. The adopted documents provide for the use of BGN 17,626,282 from the Defence Ministry's budget for 2025 to increase the State's shareholding in the capital of TEREM-HOLDING EAD. 

The funds will be used to carry out renovation work on the production base of TEREM-Ivaylo EOOD,  Veliko Tarnovo in accordance with the requirements of General Dynamics Land Systems - Canada and expansion of the IT infrastructure of the companies, in connection with the implementation of the International Contract (LOA) BU-B-UCP “Acquisition of Stryker Combat Vehicles”, ratified by law, effective from December 8, 2023.
