site.btaPresident Radev to Open Forum in Athens, Meet with Greek Counterpart, PM

President Rumen Radev is paying a working visit to Greece on Tuesday. In Athens, Radev will give an opening speech at the 28th Annual Economist Government Roundtable.

Within his visit, the Bulgarian head of State will also hold meetings with his Greek counterpart Katerina Sakellaropoulou and with Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis. The talks will focus on deeper cooperation within the regional strategic partnership between Bulgaria and Greece, topics of mutual interest with an emphasis on energy, connectivity, transport and economy as well as matters on the European and international agenda.

The Annual Economist Government Roundtable is an international forum that brings together heads of state and government from Greece and the region, representatives of institutions, businesses, international organizations, and academic circles. This year's edition is entitled "Spiralling through the conflicts in search of opportunities. Geopolitics, Environment, Technology".
