Georgi Peev from Haskovo, southcentral Bulgaria became world swimming champion at the 2023 World Transplant Games in Perth, Australia. Peev won the gold medal in the 100m breaststroke in the men's 40-49 age category, he said on his Facebook page on Tuesday.
