site.btaCouncil of Europe's Venice Commission to Have Mission in Bulgaria in Next Two Weeks
Caretaker Justice Minister Krum Zarkov said on Monday that a mission of the Council of Europe's Venice Commission will come to Bulgaria in the next two weeks.
Zarkov said that the commission's experts will discuss with officials of the Justice Ministry the mechanism for penal proceedings against the prosecutor general and way to challenge refusals to start pre-trial proceedings.
