site.btaParliament Leader Favours Nuclear Energy Development in Bulgaria

"I favour the development of nuclear energy in Bulgaria, not just the building of new units at the site of the Kozloduy Nuclear Power Plant," National Assembly Chair Nataliya Kiselova told journalists in Kozloduy on Monday. She believes that a second nuclear power plant can be considered if Bulgaria has the potential and the resources to build it.

Kiselova called for consistent work to preserve the existing pool of nuclear energy professionals and to train new ones.
