The Council of Ministers approved a national position and mandated the Prime Minister to hold talks with the European Commission to scrap the maximum amount of EUR 250,000 in aid to enterprises operating in the primary production of agricultural products.
The ceiling has been set forth in the State Aid Temporary Framework for assistance in crises and transition to the economy after the Russian aggression in Ukraine.
