Interviewed on Bulgarian National Television on Tuesday, Innovation and Growth Minister Alexander Pulev said the government has made a breakthrough step towards attracting a large international strategic investor to Bulgaria. He was referring to the construction of a new industrial zone in Dobroslavtsi near Sofia.
