The Academia Gallery's first exhibition for 2025 will be organized by the Department of Metal at the National Academy of Art (NAA). The event, which celebrates the Department's 33rd anniversary, will take place between January 6 and 19, the organizers said.
The event is the culminating stage of a two-year project, which included a series of workshops and a scientific conference on the problems of artistic metalwork. It has a retrospective character and presents the most significant student works of the last eight years in various genres.
Since 1991, more than 250 artists obtained their bachelor's degrees from the Department of Metal, over 120 graduated with master's degrees, and nine researchers got their PhD degrees.
