In a Nova TV interview on Sunday evening, GERB-UDF Deputy Ledaer Denitsa Sacheva commented the MECh party’s behaviour after Parliament Chair Nataliya Kiselova’s decision to dissolve the MECh parliamentary group, and called it “ant-systemic” and “aggressive”.

“When you fight for the rule of law, you must know and abide by the law, when you fight to be a moral pillar, it is not good practice to record your conversations constantly," Sacheva commented on the actions of the MECh leader, who claimed that he has a recording of a conversation with Kiselova, in which she allegedly told him she was under pressure after the MECh group was reduced to nine MPs.

“We had reservations about Mrs. Kiselova's behavior in certain situations in the National Assembly, but we have given our support. In this case, I do not think that this is in question,” she noted.

Regarding the adopted 2025 State Budget, Sacheva pointed out that it is a step forward and thus Bulgaria has the opportunity to enter the eurozone. “Yes, this budget is definitely not the best budget that Bulgaria has had, but this is the possible budget, thanks to what our colleagues from Continue the Change bequeathed to us in the form of bills that we have to pay and the opportunities that we have in this fragmented Parliament,”  said Sacheva.
