On Sunday morning, residents of the Romanian counties of Tulcea and Constanta received a warning message via the Ro-Alert system about the possibility of debris falling from the sky, Digi24 said.

The alert has been sent after Romanian national defence and security structures detected a possible attack by the Russian Federation against targets on the territory of Ukraine near the border with Romania, the Tulcea Inspectorate for Emergency Situations informed.

This is the first time a warning message for sky debris is sent to residents of the Constanta County. Before that, only residents of Tulcea, Braila and Galati have received such warnings.
