Ats its regular meeting on Wednesday, the Council of Ministers will review a draft decision on the preparation and conduct of local elections scheduled for October 29.

The government is also expected to approve a new humanitarian aid package for Ukraine in the amount of BGN 293,376.

The ministers are due to appoint a deputy chair of the State Agency for National Security. A draft decision on the adoption of a national counter-terrorism plan is also part of the agenda for the cabinet meeting.

The meeting is scheduled to start at 10 a.m.
