Interior Minister Buchvarova Meets with Romanian Counterpart Toba

Rousse, on the Danube, April 8 (BTA) - Interior Minister Roumyana Buchvarova met with Romanian counterpart Petre Toba in Rousse on Friday.

After the meeting Buchvarova said that the two discussed the situation in both countries and the challenges they are facing. The two ministers concurred that Bulgaria and Romania have a very good cooperation.

For his part, Toba said that on the agenda were issues of mutual interest such as migration and transborder crime. The two agreed to keep in place the joint police patrols inland and along the border.
