Sofia, May 2 (BTA) - Pakistan and Bulgaria April 26 signed an Agreement on Avoidance of Double Taxation and Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with regard to Taxes on Income. It was signed in Islamabad after the second round of negotiations, held on April 24-26, 2017. The first round was held in Sofia in November 2016. Iskra Slavcheva, Director (Tax Treaties Directorate) of the National Revenue Agency, signed the agreement for Bulgaria, while Muhammad Iqbal, Chief (International Taxes), of the Federal Board of Revenue, signed it for Pakistan.
