Bulgaria has won three quotas for the World Games kickboxing tournament in Chengdu, China, the Bulgarian Kickboxing Federation announced on Tuesday. Dimitar Stoyanov, Borislav Radulov and Alexandra Georgieva secured the right to participate in the World Games next year.

Dimitar Stoyanov is the European champion in the K1 75 kg ring. Borislav Radulov is the silver medallist of the European Championships in Athens in 63kg point fighting. Alexandra Georgieva is also a silver medallist from the European Championships in 60kg point fighting.

The 12th edition of the World Games will be held from August 7 to 17, 2025 in Chengdu.  This will be the third time the prestigious event will be held in Asia. Chengdu is a city of 20 million in southwest China. The competition will bring together 5,000 participants.
