site.btaOECD Principles of Corporate Governance in Bulgaria to Be Discussed at Conference in Sofia

The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Principles of Corporate Governance in Bulgaria and regulation in the digital age through the prism of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA) will be discussed at a conference at the Inter Expo Center in Sofia at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC), organizer of the event, said.

The forum will discuss companies' progress in environmental, social and governance practices, the challenges in implementing DORA, and the challenges and opportunities posed by MiCA implementation.

FSC Chair Boyko Atanasov will open the conference. Participants include Bulgarian Stock Exchange CEO Manyu Moravenov, Director of the Investment Supervision Directorate at the FSC Petia Hantova, among others.
