An event in Sofia, organized by the French-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, marked the 2023 Beaujolais Nouveau Day on Thursday. 

"We are happy that tonight we can all together elevate Sofia to the level of the great world capitals with the celebration of Beaujolais Nouveau. In addition to promoting a particular local taste, namely Beaujolais, Beaujolais Nouveau is at the forefront of French wine brands and is a participant in the new "Choose France" campaign, which aims to boost France's attractiveness at an international level, French-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Stephane Delaye said during the ceremony. He added that the culture of wine is what unites Bulgaria and France.
