Bulgarian President Rumen Radev Monday congratulated his Croatian counterpart Zoran Milanovic on his compelling victory in the presidential elections. In a telephone conversation, Radev underlined the importance of Milanovic's clear and consistently upheld positions in defence of Croatia's national interest for his success.

Radev and Milanovic affirmed their countries' readiness to continue developing their friendly relations and to strengthen bilateral cooperation in the interest of security, stability and the region's European perspective.
