GERB Starts Talks with All Parliamentary Forces Oct. 13


Sofia, October 7 (BTA) - GERB is starting a series of talks with
all the parliamentary forces for seven days from October 13,
according to a decision of the party's Executive Commission.

The parties will be invited to talks in descending order of
their results in the October 5 parliamentary elections. On
Monday GERB said the party with the second largest number of
votes would be invited first, although it would have been more
natural to start with the Reformist Bloc, given that both GERB
and the Bloc are members of the European People's Party.

GERB's team for the talks consists of Tsetska Tsacheva (head),
and Executive Commission members Roumyana Buchvarova and Menda
Stoyanova.

The meetings will be held in the Parliament building and
shorthand minutes will be taken. After each meeting the
representatives of the two parties will make joint media
statements.

After the talks GERB will hold a second round of consultations,
in which it will be represented by Executive Commission members
headed by the party's leader Boyko Borissov.
