site.btaDenitsa Sacheva Elected European People's Party Group VP at PACE

Denitsa Sacheva was unanimously elected Vice-President of the Group of the European People's Party (EPP) in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), GERB reported on its Facebook page on Wednesday.

Lachezar Toshev, an honorary associate member of PACE, told BTA that Sacheva was elected on the proposal of EPP Group president Pablo Hispan.

According to PACE, Sacheva has been a full member of the Committee on Political Affairs and Democracy since January 27, 2025. She was a full member of the Committee on Social Affairs, Health and Sustainable Development between January 23, 2023, and January 26, 2025. She was a full member of the Sub-Committee on the European Social Charter as well as of the Sub-Committee on Children between April 18, 2024, and January 26, 2025.
