site.btaBulgarians Advised to Avoid Travel to Democratic Republic of Congo

Foreign Ministry advised Bulgarian citizens to avoid travelling to the Democratic Republic of Congo, especially to the eastern parts of the country. The reason is the offensive of the rebel armed group March 23 Movement (M23) which took control over the city of Goma, as well as the danger of further escalation of the conflict, the Ministry said in a press release on Tuesday.
