Kirilov clarified that medical examination is intertwined with the activities of hospitals, general practitioners, regional health inspectorates, territorial medical expert evaluation boards, postal operators, people with disabilities, insurers, the National Insurance Institute, the Social Assistance Agency, the National medical expert evaluation board, administrative courts, etc. "And if one does not do its job on time, the process is delayed or even stopped", he said.
