Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk arrived in Turkiye Wednesday for high-level talks. He was formally welcomed by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan at the presidential complex in Ankara, Anadolu Agency reported.

Attending the ceremony were also Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, Treasury and Finance Minister Mehmet Simsek, and presidential advisor Akif Cagatay Kilic.

The leaders are expected to focus on strengthening bilateral relations, Turkiye-EU ties during Poland’s Presidency of the EU Council, and regional issues, including the war in Ukraine and transatlantic security.
