site.btaCabinet Approves Changes to 2021-2027 Transport Connectivity Programme

The Council of Ministers adopted changes to the 2021-2027 Transport Connectivity Programme, including the completion of construction of the Europe Motorway and the reconstruction of a reception building at the Nova Zagora railway station, as well as the completion of traction substations in Ruse, Razgrad and Varna, which started in the previous programming period.

The changes to the  2021-2027 Transport Connectivity Programme in the field of water transport provide for the completion of the capital dredging of the basin in the port of Burgas.

The programme also includes a project for the purchase and delivery of passenger electric multiple units, which will improve the quality of the service offered, safety and security.
