In his capacity as sole owner of the capital of the Bulgarian Energy Holding (BEH) EAD, Energy Minister Vladimir Malinov has dismissed BEH Executive Director Ivan Andreev and Diyan Dimitrov, member of the Board of Directors, the Energy Ministry said on Friday.
Valentin Nikolova and Galina Todorova have been appointed on BEH's Board of Directors.
